What is YT Organizer?
YT Organizer is a productivity tool that declutters your YouTube experience. It lets you turn chaotic playlists into drag-and-drop Kanban boards, group your subscriptions into custom folders, and add notes directly to videos.
How do the Kanban boards work?
Instead of an endless "Watch Later" list, you can organize your videos into custom columns (like To Watch, Learning, or Completed) and drag them across lists as you watch.
Can I group my subscribed channels?
Yes. You can categorize your subscriptions into custom topic folders (e.g., Tech, Finance, Fitness) to create clean, curated feeds featuring only those creators.
Can I add notes to videos?
Absolutely. You can attach personal text notes, timestamps, or tags directly to any video — ideal for study, research, or bookmarking key moments.
Is my data safe?
Yes. YT Organizer stores everything locally in your browser using the storage API — your board, notes, and video data never leave your device. No account or sign-in is required, and we do not collect, sell, or monetize any user information.
Which browsers are supported?
YT Organizer is available as a browser extension for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge. It works directly inside YouTube — no separate app or website needed.
Is YT Organizer free?
Yes! We offer a generous Free Tier with essential organization features. For power users needing unlimited folders and advanced syncing, we offer a low-cost Pro Plan.
